RECOVERY SESSIONS

In our individualized recovery sessions we use a number of techniques (corrective exercises, cupping, percussion massage, Graston, etc.) to improve the range of motion of the body, muscle, joint, and fascia. The instruments that we utilize will help to restore function and accelerate healing. These therapeutic technique helps to restore function by remodeling soft tissue at a cellular level. In addition to the treatments, clients will be instructed on several corrective exercises to encourage proper tissue healing. This type of recovery is beneficial for athletes, weekend warriors, CrossFit athletes, marathoners, and anyone experiencing muscle tightness. 

30 minute or 60 minute treatment options are available.
