Dr. Lilly Koh is a physical therapist who was raised in the San Gabriel Valley.  She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC. She decided to pursue the profession of physical therapy due to the belief of healing through conservative treatment and her desire to improve people’s quality of life through movement and exercise.  Throughout her professional career Dr. Koh has worked in a variety of settings which include: athletic training facilities, CrossFit gyms, and orthopedic offices. Dr.Koh has experience in treating ACL reconstruction, joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniations, sciatica, and ankle sprains. She is a believer in evidence-based practice and is an active member of numerous professional organizations including American Physical Therapy Association and California Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Koh belongs to the select 6% of physical therapists who are certified as orthopedic clinical specialists (OCS). Dr. Koh is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

 

In her free time, she volunteers at local high schools, enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing basketball, playing pickleball, weight lifting, and cheering on her Trojans.
