OUR COMMITMENT TO PATIENTS DURING COVID-19

Walnut Physical Therapy & Performance will remain open during COVID-19. We know that there are many concerns about the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it may have on our daily lives.  We take the health and safety of our patients and staff members very seriously.  We are taking the necessary precautions provided by the state to do our part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19.

Here are a few things we want you to know:

• We are being extra vigilant with maintaining a clean environment in our clinic.  You will find hand sanitizer throughout the clinic. Pens will be cleaned upon signing in. Equipment and treatment tables will be cleaned upon each use. Clean pillow cases and towels will be used for each patient.

• Patients are required to answer our COVID-19 questionnaire each visit.

• Our office manager will continue to monitor the protocols provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and the US Department of Health.
