YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Walnut Physical Therapy and Performance offers sports performance training provided by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) for young athletes (12-21 years of age) who are in-season or off-season. Our goal is to provide athletes with a competitive edge while decreasing the likelihood of injuries by improving technique, explosiveness, coordination, strength, mobility, and motor control. It is our objective to reduce occurrences of athletic injuries. Each session will entail sport specific exercises focusing on upper extremity, lower extremity, and core.
Train with up to 4 other athletes for 60-minutes
